Sims 4-"Personal Emergency"

Okay so this just happened to me as well and it’s driving me insane. What is the personal emergency?? I’ve been seeing this guy for a while, we're engaged, and he often spends the night with me (he is not moved in). We woohoo usually and then sleep together. This past night, he got up around 2am and showered and ate. Then, he went back to sleep. In the morning, he got up with no clothes on, sat at my table for a minute then got up and left. The notification was “I’m having a bit of a personal emergency and I have to leave now.” He was naked and doing the pee walk.

I've gotten it once, but I can't remember what happened prior to seeing it.

I would assume the ,,personal emergency" thing is indeed connected to sim's needs and possible needs failure as others pointed out above, but the pee walk and being naked in this situation seems like a bug to me...

Yeah, have had this happen. It was a lady Sim, and she left the girls getting together for coffee, with the same message, of course. She hadn't seemed tired, and she certainly could use the facilities with no scolding. So the first thing that popped into my head was, "It must be that time of the month..." :p I do realize that's not in the game, but that would be what I'd think IRL, I guess. Now, with a guy Sim, that certainly wouldn't have applied. :D
