I am experiencing a similar situation in that I am new and not able to post photos. My sim impregnated Morgan Fyres on her birthday minutes before she aged up. As I was not playing Morgan I only have a few photos, and nothing in the 3rd trimester, however I did have her over for a party and she did enjoy a glass of white wine.... She gave birth to a baby boy. Maybe someday I can share the photos!
