I'm actually a little shocked about how much prejudice is contained in the Dynasty Values...
Writers and programmers are not bold... People who work with media are not hardworking... (citing from the Q&A: EA Forums English | EA Forums Really?
This system also seems extremely rigid. We can be so flexible with likes & dislikes and turn ons & turn offs, but these values are so limiting (in the wrong way) that I'm not even sure if I would want to use them at all.
It also seems lazy to just rely on skills, interactions and careers. It could have been so much fun to have a value like "traditional" which discourages romance without being married, children out of wedlock etc. Or "scholarly" discouraging anything but an A in school...
