There's a lot of recycling, here are some of the most obvious build/buy items side by side (I don't have the nursery kit, but the night stand is almost identical and I think the curtains are very similar too).
Also the world I beautiful but very, very empty, it's mostly shells. There isn't that much you can do.
No new traits, really ?!

I think most of the worlds are very empty and I dislike it a lot. I love Sulani's waterfall and stuff like that.
