Sims 4 Royal and Legacy negative thread.

Don't even get hopes up for historical gameplay. You won't be able to escape omnipresent cell phone. 

What's the point of the Backroom Lot? A library, gym or museum by day and a nightclub by night does not sound at all exciting. We already have all those lots in game, what's so exciting about having it combined?

And did it bug anyone else that their write-up kept repeating 'cross-pack play!' as if they were providing us with something special rather than something they should provide us without fail?

Plus, I don't like the look of the world. I know we haven't had many pics of it yet but, to me, it kind of looks like three different worlds pasted together.

Don't know about others but to me it is good and I would like more combos.. lots are limited in this game anyway, not interested of putting all these lot types separately everywhere 🙃

This really bothers me when I first noticed it in the reveal trailer. The scandal system would be much better in a different pack.

Honestly, this doesn't look that fun to play. It seems like the novelty would wear off rather quickly. It looks very recycled. The trailer reminds me of the systems that are already a part of Get Famous and For Rent.

I think that they should have chosen a specific historical period for this expansion. It didn't have to be medieval, just not modern. It definitely would have felt much more unique.

Phones don't work off the grid and for an authentic medieval experience you should play off the grid without solar panels and such. 🙂

So scandals don't happen in real royal families?    Prince Andrew?   How about three out of four of Queen Elizabeth II's  children got divorced?   Oh how about Harlad V of Norway waited for like 9 years to get married because he only wanted to maarry his sweetheart, a commoner? 

Where is the Royal Robes?  That's all I can say so far because I having seen everything yet.

That is intentionally. 3 different cultures in one world. I think it's fine, because 3 kingdoms next door to each oher would seem weird as they must represent each their nation. In a way I'd prefer if they added them as 3 small worlds, but we travel anyway, so as long as they look different I'm fine with them being in the same world. I choose to see each of these 3 hoods separately, placing them on different locations on my TS4 map. :)
