That's something called sponsoring, don't worry they won't take your money though.
Those renowned Simmers like Deligracy, SimSupply EnglishSimmer, etc. make legitimate cash from doing those videos, because their sponsored Simmers, Gamechangers, etc. So yeah, they are getting paid, but not by you, but the sponsors, and also, there goes a lot of work in doing that, moreso than you can see from the outside, lots of editing involved.
