Sims 4 University Question - moving a sim from off campus housing to a dorm.

The only way I know would be to play them at the end of the week, maybe into the weekend. This way when they finish up the week (semester) you will get an option to continue their schooling. With that option will be the option on where you want them to move to, including the dorms.
