Sims 4 Vampire/Spellcaster Eyes Not Working

So, I'm not sure where to post this since the help center is closed and I tried to use the new one at their side, but no help ever came despite me posting it multiple times over the course of a couple of months.

Basically I have a problem with Sims 4 Supernatural eyes. On my previous laptop no problem whatsoever, but on my new one everytime I click the occult eyes I get normal Sim eyes. Nothing seems to work for me. I tried repairing my game, I tried uninstalling mods, I even tried to reinstall my entire game. Any of you guys having the same problem as I have??

    They aren't working for me either! Im annoyed especially because I just bought realm of magic. Im a Mac player btw. Whenever I click on the occults eyes they turn out to be just regular sims eyes.

    Not working for me. I'm currently in-game in CAS for a new spell-caster sim and it displays ALL of the occult eye options, but when I click them, normal eye colors appear.

    The green highlighted box is the color I'm using.

    I'm also in the makeup section and there are lip color options that I've never seen before. The skin-tone used on the model is BLUE while showing the color of the lipstick. It says that these are from the Get To Work Expansion.

    The eyes are a known problem that has been posted on the help site. You might want to click "Me Too" to give it priority.

    I have been having the same problem ever since I downloaded realms of magic. The new patch just released on the 3rd of October and I still have this issue. :s
