I hope not. However, I have a feeling this is what will be announced at EA Play.
Me too
EA thinks they're trying to impress us with new things but in fact they're doing excatly the opposite, most of us just want improved and details packs like seasons, university and new GAMEPLAY
Sometimes, just because something is new doesn't mean it's better
Sadly this is what EA now they see anything that is new and trending now and apply it to the Sims
THIS IS NOT HOW IT WORKS!
I have been thinking about this and I have come up with the following:
A lot of people will be left out if it is a VR announcement. That kinda goes against everything they said about why TS4 is the way it is. Apparently they optimised it so even low end PC's could run it. If they introduce VR I would estimate 90% of the player base would be up the creek without a paddle, unless they release it as another game without EP's, GP's and SP's. If they do not, they will have an even higher work load and I'd expect to see this reflected in the quality of releases for the PC and console version. AFAIK, they haven't hired additional staff. IMO, not a clever move.
I don't know, there's so much speculation going on and nobody knows anything :/
