I agree with the two previous comments about Windenburg. To me, the old town makes me think of Bavarian Germany, the modern city’s buildings in the background look a bit like Stockholm, Sweden, the countryside looks sort of English, and the Von Haunt estate with its snow capped mountains is the Austrian Alps. Never could figure out what country or region the island might be modeled after.
As for San Myshuno, the name might be inspired by San Francisco, but the Spice District looks similar to some NYC neighborhoods, especially in Brooklyn, the Arts Quarter reminds me of a gentrified hipster and yuppie neighborhood in numerous cities, Fashion District is Tokyo-inspired, I guess, and Financial District is basically any downtown business neighborhood one would see in a big city.
