Every time I try to download new content on Xbox one it keeps saying cannot download cause you don't have the latest update restart your game to update. When will this get fixed??

well, consoles are always behind on updates, I am guessing we get the next one when tiny living SP comes to consoles, so next month.
anyway, you can download older stuff easy, I always do, just search for most popular instead of newest.
