To be fair, each time an expansion comes out in Sims 4 that involves a world, that world is added to the save, so at least it's better than in Sims 3 in that regard (talking without mods of course).
I did love that option in Sims 2 though of adding new worlds on a whim, but at least as Sims 4 continues to grow, the world will get bigger anyway.
