@StoneRyno, click the sim you want to freeze age for, select MC Command Center->Sim Flags->MC Command Center->Flag for no age
Once you do that, the sim you clicked to start the process will no longer age at all. They will literally be frozen at whatever progress in their current life stage they are at. When you are ready to let them start aging again, repeat the process but go to the "clear flags" option instead.
