Sims are Hysterical or Very Playful Since Laundry Day Launch

My Sims are nearly always very playful or hysterical since the launch of the Laundry Day Stuffpack. I do have a washer and dryer in my Sim's house, could this be a bug? Is this happening to anyone els...

Yea my Sims get very playful or even hysterical with clean clothes I had to remove the washer and dryer.
