Sims are Hysterical or Very Playful Since Laundry Day Launch

My Sims are nearly always very playful or hysterical since the launch of the Laundry Day Stuffpack. I do have a washer and dryer in my Sim's house, could this be a bug? Is this happening to anyone els...

I cannot stress enough how fast a Sim can be killed due to items in a household that may add to the effect.

If you have Playful items near that Sim, etc, that Sim can be killed stone dead in a split second.

THIS INCLUDES LOT TRAITS - not just items, furniture, etc.

A Sim can simply drop dead in the blink of an eye.
