Sims are Hysterical or Very Playful Since Laundry Day Launch

My Sims are nearly always very playful or hysterical since the launch of the Laundry Day Stuffpack. I do have a washer and dryer in my Sim's house, could this be a bug? Is this happening to anyone els...

I was just sitting here thinking this^^

I am happy or grateful to have clean clothes at the most. I can't imagine getting that excited for clean clothes. I am sure someone will write a mod soon for it.
