Sims are making evil/mischief interactions randomly

I recently noticed that my Sims are making some evil or mischief interactions (like telling fake news or insulting), even if they don't have evil traits or mischief skill, and these are really annoyin...

Besides the Master Command mod, is there anything else that disables ALL autonomous actions for selected sims? I don't want my sim to randomly make terrible jokes during conversations. I'll decide when he makes jokes. Not the game. Thank you.
