EP18 Businesses & Hobbies doesn't help the sims to find their soulmate, no Sexual Orientation and no Gender in the Targeted Customer Criteria.
You can't sell products/services to women only, you will need a gender door to filter the sims.
EA put Raindow flags everywhere but still refuse to let the players create LGBTQI+ businesses and clubs.
