It happens all the time and with inappropriate people....(even when they were children....flirty conversations with child sims should not even be possible)....I never noticed it pre sentiments.
It's happened a lot even pre sentiments. I've seen few nannies being very flirty while babysitting. In one of my save a male nanny was flirty the whole time he was babysitting a toddler. He talked to her flirtatiously and when the little girl went to sleep he creeped in her bedroom and sat on her bed being very flirty. It was disturbing. :#
Needless to say he got fired immediately when the parents got home.
