Sims constantly 'Flirty' because of Sentiment!

I don't have autonomy on, so my teen couple won't flirt with other Sims. Only with each other. I agree the flirty sentiments can be overkill. It's like EA to overexaggerate one feature, and nerf the other feature. There is no in-between for them.
