Sims dates keeps cancelling after starting

When my Sim goes on a date with someone, as soon as they appear at the location the goals for the date is displayed, then straight away it cancels and says 'date unsuccessful' then the date also disappears.

I have tried this on different locations as well as my own lot, I have tried removing all my mods to see if that was causing it but it's still happening.

This started ever since I installed Country Living, although it may have been a recent update that did this. My game is up to date. It's a big part of the game so please anyone who knows of a fix, has experienced this or knows something I can try any help would be great.
