Has anyone else experienced this issue? I built my Sims a new home. (Well I can't build so I downloaded one from the gallery, it's CC free and I have all the packs, and then I edited it)The home is in Newcrest. In build mode, all is well. I can edit it, and it uses my Sims Simolean Balance like it would if they owned it. But in Live Mode, even though they go to this home when I tell them to "Go Home", it's as if they don't own it. They cannot enter it and an only hang around in the front yard. If I peek in the windows further you can't see the furniture. It won't let me use the Walls down mode or go up a floor, it's just like they are hanging out at a random different lot that they don't own and since no one else lives there too open the door they can't knock and enter. I double checked manage worlds and I did not accidentally move them into the neighbour lot, this really is their home so I'm confused why it's treating it like it isn't. Any ideas? *I have a couple of up to date little ms sam mods and MCCC but that's it. I don't think this would cause it because I am not having the issue with any other Sims in my world.

Are the oldest ones teenagers that were part of a family? That's the only time I've had this problem, when I moved an adult out of my "core" family so that there were just teenagers living there.

I've had that happen to me also in Sulani, it was one of the existing houses that my sim moved into. I just quit the game and restarted and it was fine after that.

While i'm building my reimagined sim worlds, i frequently encounter families from other households of mine just standing the street, because for some reason they traveled to another household's lot instead. so building on a lot with five houses, equals five families standing on the streets until they eventually vanish into thin air.

Are the oldest ones teenagers that were part of a family? That's the only time I've had this problem, when I moved an adult out of my "core" family so that there were just teenagers living there.

I've had that happen to me also in Sulani, it was one of the existing houses that my sim moved into. I just quit the game and restarted and it was fine after that.

I think I quit game then it was fine or went to another lot. But this happened to me after downloading a house from the gallery.

I don't have any other families there though. Just the one that lives there cant get into their own house

This has happened to me a few times now. Last night it happened in a Maxis house in Selvadora (I use Zerbu's venue mods). But it has happened in other houses in regular worlds as well. Be sure not to save or it might become permanent! I had to go back to a previous save last night. Other times having the family travel to another place and back has helped.

I don't currently use MCCC, and I don't think I use little ms sams mods.

I'm thinking it is an autonomy issue in the base game. at least that is my long held suspcion, but then the autonomy controls in Ts4 are really bad anyway.
