31 Year Old bearded Man here. I don't think that Sims 4 are that Girly by itself. COMMUNITY is definitely dominated by ladies, yes. Game? Not so much. Add a couple of mods and it is honestly very serious game all out of the sudden. And yes, I do have mods in question.
