I just noticed this with my sim but I thought it was because he was a genius. He went from level 3 in parenting to level 9 in a matter of real life minutes. Sure he has twins but I thought that was a bit odd. I don't mind it though, he and his wife are sleep deprived and Super Efficient Baby Care is very helpful but has a cooling off period. Now both of them can use it.
