Sims getting too fat or too muscular in City Living?

Noticed how much a problem it is in game, when I have my sim lingering a lot in certain spots that have food stall. Or even when you're just in the apartment, but can still see below the sims walki...

Thanks, I'll definitely check those out. Need a temporary fix for sure.
