Sims Keep Fighting My Sim: No Roughhousing NAP Enabled - Third Time's a Charm. Problem Found.

No. I was playing Glimmerbrook. The problem turned out to be the NAP Roughhousing that was active in two OTHER neighborhoods. Identified by going through every neighborhood.
