Sims leaving work/school early on load up or after CAS!

Not sure if this is caused by mods or by the recent High School update, but is anyone else getting this glitch where sims who are supposed to be at work/school, are suddenly back home after I have loa...

The one thing that I haven’t had happen is them appear after entering CAS. But I don’t normally enter CAS while my sims are going to work/school.
