:lol: I feel really sorry for the OP in this thread, seeing as so many people are misunderstanding the question.
She moved the save to the desktop and then did things in the game to test some mods but, from how she worded it, NOT in that save that she moved. I think she moved it to protect it from accidentally getting messed with while she was doing testing.
Then she moved it back where it belongs before loading it again, and found weird things related to stuff missing on her sims.
She did not open the save file while it was moved to her desktop and did not move around any CC, so that is why she is confused about the problem.
Did I summarize that at all accurately, @Nyane21?
Either way, I have no idea what could be causing you issue, other than perhaps something related to the mods you were testing had a lasting impact or you accidentally did do something you don't realize that you did.
You also didn't mention whether you deleted your caches both before and after doing things to test some mods. Deleting caches is something I recommend a person do any time they do anything related to changing around mods; so maybe not doing that, particularly after the "testing" is what is the cause of the problem.
