Sims not rolling ANY wants since the new patch?

The Sims I've played since the latest update have all had whims, they all got new whims to replace the ones they completed or cancelled, and their mood-related whims have changed as their moods changed. In other words, I haven't seen any problems. However, I'm playing with no mods and no custom content, so it seems likely that one of your mods is responsible for the problem.
