Sims standing around

So basically, I tell my Sim to go to the toilet, the action pops up on the side bar, but the Sim stands around, pees himself AND THEN goes to the toilet.
I'm gonna anwser common questions, I have really good specs, I deleted the cache files, the CC is not a problem, I checked it.

    I've experienced sims standing around doing nothing now and then from day one. Some times they snap out of it, and the game continues, other times the only "cure" is to go somewhere through the map or load a previous file.

    But yes, the standing around glitch happened on one of my main files with eight Sims, which was fun. When I went back to playing the game the next day the bug was gone though, so I have no idea what's going on.


    Is it possible to learn this power?
