Sims still doing things with autonomy off - very frustrating!

If my Sim is talking to someone at a café, bar or any place with chairs, they constantly change seating during the conversation. Despite the person they are talking to is sitting just next to them or in front of them. I find this incredibly annoying.

Also, after installing Get Famous, my Sims are getting up to watch celebs, scream, and take pictures of them even with autonomy off, and I have no way to cancel these actions. It's simply driving me nuts :#

Please, devs. If autonomy is set to off, the Sim should do absolutely nothing on their own. Otherwise, what is the point of having the option to turn it on/off?
