Sims wearing random outfits when it's raining.

Hi ! I'm really bothered by something that's happening when it's raining : the unplayed sims wandering in the neighborhood wear weird randomly generated outfits, instead of the everyday, cold, or h...

Maybe the game should just apply these over whatever the sim was wearing when it starts to rain
