Sims with odd routines

I have a sim that keeps being mean for no reason. Her traits are romantic, foodie, self-assured, party animal, and outgoing. Her aspiration is Mixology and she's in the culinary career. She wasn't like this at first, but she started developing fears and I noticed (no matter her mood) she would autonomously be mean to any sim around, even her fiancé. I had her overcome her fears and she still insults sims for no reason. I witnessed her in a flirty mood insult her fiancé and then flirt with him right after.

Another habit of hers is watching tv. I don't think I've ever had a sim always choose tv first when their fun is low. She's always in front of the tv. The only good thing is that she always chooses the culinary training videos, so I can't be too upset with her.
