Sims won’t shop on second floor of retail shop

This is my first time playing a sim owning a retail store, and I have noticed that no customers will shop on the second floor. The items up there are set for sale, and there’s nothing blocking their p...

I don't know.
My second floor is usually space for my sim's office and living space.
Sometimes they work late and sleep at the shop.

I would put the most profitable items on the first floor though.
