Sims Won't Use Computers

Anyone else having this issue? My sims won't use their computers and I have tried everything.

Thank you all. I will use your suggestions. I know it isn't the clutter on the desk. I removed everything. I am interested if it could be the custom chair issue. Thank you all again. B)
