Size of baby bumps and having multiples at the hospital

I've had twins quite often in my game, but never when my sim gives birth at the hospital. The last time a sim gave birth in my game, I was sure it was going to be more than one, because her baby bump...

The reason it may be "bigger" than the last pregnancy is that your sim could possibly have gain more weight than before.

Idk about that because thia sim was candy behr amd her baby bump was huge compared to larger build sims I made myself.
