I think I’ve read something about this back when I first came on here, actually! From what I’ve heard from others (it’s been ages since I saw the discussion so I could have gotten information mixed up), it depends on the body mass sliders in CAS and how quickly your sims put on weight in a non-pregnant state.
Sims with a history of putting on weight quickly will likely end up having a smaller tummy during pregnancy whilst more lean sims are more likely to have bigger tummies. However, keep in mind that sometimes it can be random depending on the sim, if they’ve been pregnant before and how many babies they’re having.
Here are 5 examples of pregnancies I’ve had in my game.
• Kallie Patel: Always thin, pregnant 3 times, small tummy for the first, big tummy for the other two.
• Tiffani Bacon: Always thin, pregnant once with triplets, big tummy.
• Emma Bacon: Always thin, pregnant once, smaller tummy.
• Zoe Patel: Average weight, pregnant once, small tummy.
• Lara Morrissey: Always thin, pregnant twice, big tummy for the first, small tummy for the second.
Pregnancy can vary so much! It’s almost never the same!
