Every pregnancy is different! That's a reality in RL, same person and all. I carried one of my three children practically up in my rib cage! The other two, the first and the last, felt like I carried them in my hips. So, since this iteration has done a much better job on pregnancies, they got this correct. Also, my own daughter is carrying twins at the moment. I thought she was telling me much later in her pregnancy, than she is. Yeah, she's got quite the tummy going already at not quite seven weeks, when she gave me the news. That was nearly two weeks ago. She's also suffering from morning sickness much sooner and harsher. The woman should know, she's had five daughters, so far. Needless to say, we're hoping for at least one boy out of the two
