This. I has hoped that I would be able to use more than the same one light skintone, but it seems nothing will change for me and I can ignore these changes completely. But to be honest, I've already expected nothing from this direction, it's an upgrade only for the black simmers and they should enjoy it. My hopes are lying more in a hair colours update. I need better hair colours, like dark/ash blond, light red, light brown and a grey for blonde and red haircolours.
