I wish they weren't tied to the sim and instead to the lot. I know they did that so you can run two businesses on the same lot by two different people. I just want to have the business without going into a different household and setting it up from there, and instead setting it through build mode like you would set up a restaurant or retail lot. If there was a household on the lot, you could choose a sim to tie the business to (allowing to have multiple businesses on a lot)but can be run without anyone owning it and instead setting how many bartenders /cleaners /teachers etc that you would want on the lot. Maybe even choosing specific sims you want to have working there.
This method would theoretically allow for an unlimited amount of options for community lots and if it would allow for more business activities, this pack would be so good. Also I would love for it work somehow on residential rentals because my dream of townhomes with shops and cafes below is still impossible.
