Totally agree with agustd! The only way we will even start to see real improvement is if the suits wake up and commit long haul resources to this, not the constant short term revenue boosts we are getting now. With Sims not being among their main income sources (as of the financial statements I looked at a few months ago), I doubt that will happen any time soon.
