I recommend the addition of a thermostat to the high school, as winters in Copperdale can often go down to freezing. You can go into build mode and add one right inside the front door so long as it's not during the school day. Thanks for the reminder! I renovated the high school for all of my saves, & I completely forgot about the thermostat, lol,

Echoing the other comments, the snow in copperdale is really nice and it can get very cold there. I had my sims basically stranded on this little pavilion out in the middle of fields there. There is a real winter feel to it when it snows.
