- It might be a mystery weather system or something. Every now and again you get random weather appear in places you don't expect, so that's the only thing I can think of for this. I can just imagine your poor sim arriving home being like "Erm, what happened!!?" :D
- She’s like, “Honey, I’m ho.... What the snowball?!” :D
- Lol seriously she quickly got the whim to make snow angels.
- amber_ilumireSeasoned HotshotI haven't had snow in Del Sol Valley yet, but it looks gorgeous! Definitely mystery weather I think. It's happened a couple times for me in Oasis Springs.
- GalacticGalSeasoned AceI grew up in Southern California. I do recall a 'freak' snow that fell upon L.A. some decades ago, but that's a very infrequent occurrence.
- PsychotpsNew SpectatorIt happens. I remember it snowed once in Fort Lauderdale, Florida back in 1977. It's extremely rare though.

And yes, once in a great while it snows here. The last time it snowed enough to cover the ground here was about 21 ago ( before my youngest started to school). It snowed so much that snow even covered the tree’s, and there was plenty of snow to build a snow man. we are warmer here than The Los Angeles area. So, it is very very, unusual, but it happens. The most beautiful and rare thing to see though is the Mojave desert covered in snow, I saw that as a child, and it lasted longer because it is considered a high desert (colder).
- Joanne_SnowRising TravelerHaha I had this happen once too :D
My sims immediately took full advantage of this once-in-their-lifetime event!

Our last day in Riverside, CA, it actually started snowing, too. Hadn't snowed there for about 22 years. At least where we were moving to, snow is the norm. :) - CommishLawWonderNew SpectatorUh, yeah. I saw that myself just yesterday. First, Diana's kids were complaining about being cold. So she went to my hardware store to buy a thermostat. When Wonder Woman got back home, there was snow on the ground. Imagine that. A Los Angeles like neighbourhood having snow on the ground. #weirdnessinthesims4
