also this but especially with randomly generated townies but thats problem in every world in ts4 so i cant even disappoint anymore cause i know its gonna be issue
we really need toggle to turn off game generating random townies
and also toggle so that game will only use households in neighborhood as people showing up in that neighborhood
maybe even separate tabs for the out of houses townies to assign to whatever neighborhood
