Even without hotels knowing my sims can live in that world plus my other sims vacation as well has added a further brownie point as far as i am concerned :)

Have we any idea yet if our sims can actually travel on the cable car up and down the mountain without it being a kind of elevator teleport?

Yes maybe they will Update Granite Falls and Selvadarado so sims can vacation or live there.

Yes me too!

I hope so or it might just make me sadder - I don't know! I guess I'll find out in 23 days!!! I definitely still want this pack though because I love the mountain climbing and snowboarding features. I'm a bit sad about no snowmobiles though :pensive:

preordered today. my sims are more active than me.. now i can watch them ski and not worry about breaking my own bones. :)

As for the ski lift, I'd guess it may be like an elevator in TS3 - get in, vanish for a bit, get out. But that's just my wild guess and nothing more.
Using a broom is pretty much the same, just with a special lift-off/landing animation.

I hope we can atleast see our sims getting on the gondela before they teleport.

In the meantime, I'm going to dig through all my CC and see what I've got for asian-styled BB items. And look at traditional Japanese homes for some inspiration on layouts, design, etc.

With any luck, I might be able to finish my Batuu town before this new pack hits the airwaves too. :)
