I went Well beyond trying that!
After removing my screenshots, mods, and saves, I actually deleted the Current version of the Sims4 game and installed a 2014 (back up) that I have.
It has nothing on it (no mods, pics, saves, or Anything) ! It's a clean backup, that I have for emergencies like this.
In theory, after installing, the game is Forced to update Everything and (hopefully) "unclog the drain" 😉 !
Well, I did the uninstall and then the reinstall (of the 2014) . I did Not put anything back in it (mods or saves) - wanna get it working.
It took longer this time, because it had to update All the files... this time! THEN finally...
BAM! Same error 😭 !
I'll be honest with you, this one has me scratching my head!
Wow. I am so very sorry to hear of your continuing issue. I sent my Sim to an off-Sunday (in my game, I've chosen to focus on the bigger prizes in the Music World.) The first Sunday of the season is the big prize. Spring-- Song of the Year; Summer-- Artist of the Year (as in new talent, or current talent); Fall --Record of the Year and lastly, but never least; Winter-- Album of the Year. My most recent past iteration of this family was the first time (after advice from some very kind players) that Erik's music was ever acknowledged. Seems lyrics don't count. Just have your Sim write music, license it and you might get nominated. I got overzealous, however, and he won over 50 Best Song awards, before I decided to start this next iteration of him. Sorry he was hoggish about it. I had played him for years, so I just went way overboard. It was just so much fun to have him win and show up to receive it.
So, sending Erik to the off-Sunday is something I don't do. I only did so this time to check out the Starlight Accolades Show. In the past, this fragile event is often broken, either by an incompatible mod with the show mechanics, or a patch. Well, I'm very sorry to say that he made it there, a Host was on site, but once again, she lost her head once she saw Erik in the audience. She started the show a half-hour late, said something into the microphone, only to rush over to where he was to get all Fan-Girlish, screaming and basically losing her mind. Next thing I knew it was 7:30pm. The Show goes from 6p, - 11pm. She hadn't given out a single award. Oi! I could have exited the game and gone back in, but like I said this was an Off-Sunday. I did a game repair in the hopes that will fix it. This is my biggest woe.

this mod might help. It mentions DJ as example, but not hurt to try?

I use that mod (and have for many, many years now) and I can confirm that it greatly reduces the over-reaction that sims have to celebrities. Only caveat I would add to using it, however, is that it reduces it so much that you might consider it to be too-little reaction if anything.

Since I did a game repair, I decided I should test the Starlight Accolades Show again. I rolled back my game using the game recovery, until much earlier in the day, when I first began to play. That way I had time to have Erik attend the affair. As always, the Host was different from the time before, phew! This one knew what he was doing. I seem to recall him from previous Shows. At any rate, although he got to the top floor close to 6:30, he went right to work. Best Song was the very first award handed out. I was pleased. Since this was merely a test, I didn't dress Erik to the 9's, like normal. I'm just very thankful it worked. Next Sunday (since I play 14-day Seasons) is the First Sunday in Summer. This is the set for that one. I can now be at ease.
