Unfortunately, while there is quite a bit of Star Wars CC and alien customization content, gameplay-wise, there isn't much. There is one mod that allows your Sim to, shall we say, "forcibly invite other Sims to their own funerals" using a red Lightsaber and Force choking, but as it is a mod rated M, naming it is out of my hands. Still, it's a feature included in a very popular violence mod. You ever want to make your Sith Sims feel evil, that could work for you.
But there will probably never be any decent gameplay mods for Star Wars content due to the fact that modding of that level seems to be slowing down. I can already think of 3 notable creators who have either left or severely slowed in creating content and then there's the fact that the pack wasn't popular to begin with. I feel you. I never cared for the pack myself and the same goes for Star Wars, but it would've been fun to have much more gameplay options related to being a Jedi or a Sith.
