So there's this little lot called Hindquarter Hideaway at the rear of the neighbourhood, and any Sims that I send to live there just freeze all the time. I always have to type in the reset sim command to keep the game going.
Small thing, but it peeves me, because it's a good starter lot for new Sims.
Try saving the lot to your Library, bulldoze the lot, then replace it with the saved copy. I don't know if it'll help but it's worth a try. You could also try and find a starter home that fits that lot on the Library. I'll test it tomorrow and see if I have the same issue; if not I'll do a minor remodel (while keeping it in starter range) then I'll upload it.
