So, how are you supposed to erase minds with an alien?

Right, so I was playing with my alien sim, when someone figured out his secret. No problem, right? Just wipe that mind clean! I don't even care if she remember him anyway, she was a mean one.

So I go to the mischief tab and... nothing. No power there. I tried looking through the other tabs too, and I double checked that my sim was off of cool down for brain power. But I couldn't find it.

Do you have to have a level of mischief first? Or is this some sort of bug that it doesn't always appear? If it helps he was out at a night club at the time.
