So how is Snowy Escape going to work without Seasons?

I guess there will be at least one area of the map (probly in the mountains) that is always snowy and will have new lots for the new winter activities, I mean you can't just go snowboarding or skiing anywhere irl either there have to be mountains (same goes for mountain climbing obviously), so I get that they were not added in seasons as regular winter activities.

Maybe there'll be a town area too which won't always be snowy.
